Our services and amenities allow each individual the opportunity to live life as independently as they choose, with our help along the way, and to maintain as much control of their own life as possible. Mott Health Care Center provides support, safety, community… and so much more.
For those who need more than basic health care, additional care services are available for help with medication, bathing, dressing, therapy, diabetic care and much more.
Our facility is staffed by highly trained and experienced medical professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible care to our residents.
In addition to basic care services, we offer a wide range of medical services, including primary care, specialist consultations, and diagnostic testing.
Our focus is on the patient, and we strive to provide compassionate and individualized care to each person who walks through our doors.
We are conveniently located in the heart of the community of Mott, in southwest North Dakota.
Basic Care is a service specific to North Dakota. Our state’s Basic Care Assistance Program (BCAP) helps not only aging adults, but adults with physical disabilities who need services in a licensed, basic care facility, pay for their care.

A temporary or respite stay at our facility is based on availability.
A short stay may be a necessary bridge between a hospital or rehab stay and a transition back to home, or can be a good way to try out our health care center prior to making a long-term commitment.
Short term stays include a residential room plus all residential services, food, care, and amenities. The price of a respite stay is based on a 24-hour period. Health care services are available for an additional cost.
